Natalya Karcha is a host, master of ceremonies, singer, songwriter and creative personality based in London.

Half Ukrainian, half Russian, born in the North of Russia, in the city of Murmansk. From an early age she loved performing. She studied in drama school, took part in international projects, city’s festivals and events, etc. Her other passion has always been traveling and exploring other cultures. During her student years Natalya lived and worked in both America and the UK.

From 2013 to 2020 she was a successful radio host (Murmansk radio station - Power Hit Radio). Natalya co-hosted a morning show (ranked 1st among stations in the North-West of Russia), and presented afternoon and evening programs, and had two shows of her own: a Friday show and a program in English. In 2016 Natalya initiated a live cover segment called "Natasha, davay" that took place on air every week till autumn 2020. She also performs live at various venues and private parties.

From 2017 to 2020 Natalya was a news anchor and TV presenter on the Murmansk regional channel TV-21.

She also hosted various events, from business forums with the participation of top officials to glamorous parties.
